Please know that we do clean the floors before every reservation. I think my husband covered everything else. It has not been attached at the top of the dish washer to the frame. The dishwasher is not securely installed. We mopped them right before we left and put a finishing renewal on them. But you need to know the additional:įloors were not cleaned in forever. We enjoyed our stay and always rent through you. I am only sending this as a way to help you with imput from guests. My husband has already given a list of things we noticed that need addressing. We all are Burnt out but still can be professional! While staying in the unit the day before check-out we went buy in the am9:30 am before opening( just got off the beach walking thought we would swing by) and ask if they had another dishwasher package( women stated not our policy only one per reservation) We had already purchased some but ran out!I thought it was quite rude the way she answered!Just my opinion left a bad taste. The management company was very helpful when we made this reservation. We are already looking forward to your return! It doesn't get sweeter than this fully remodeled home where everyone can enjoy time together. Great service!! The house was clean and furniture was up to date. Only one minor issue with the battery in the smoke detector needed replacing but Benchmark had someone there in about 15 mins of making the call. I think we spent more time there than any place in the house. The kitchen and living area were perfect for needs. The closets were very big which was unexpected. We loved being able to bring our sweet dog (Aussie )He enjoyed the wood floors during the hot days. Bedrooms were very large and roomy for our two kids. This was probably the best rental we have had in the 7 years of coming to Seagrove Beach.
